Please bear in mind the phones are not manned all the time but please leave a message and we will return your call or enquiry as soon as possible.

It is useful when contacting the booking clerk if you can have the following information to hand;

Your full name, address, postcode, phone number and E-mail address
Your preferable hire date, start and finish time
An alternative hire date, start and finish time
The type of function (i.e. child’s party, meeting or sale)
If you will be selling or providing alcohol
If you require any access to AV or IT facilities
Any other details you feel we need or should know
